# Klar Windows – made-to-measure windows and doors, United Kingdom

> Klarwindows.co.uk is Klar's UK webshop for made-to-measure timber and timber/aluminium windows and external doors. Every product is manufactured to the customer's measurements in Klar's own factory in Estonia and sold direct online with no middlemen. You configure the product online, see the price instantly and order – with up to a 12-year warranty and delivery across mainland UK.

- **Customer service:** hello@klarhome.co.uk, +44 808 164 9920. Phone advice weekdays 08:00–12:00; customer service Monday–Thursday 08:00–15:00, Friday 08:00–14:00. The registered address cannot be visited.
- **Products:** Made-to-measure windows and external doors in timber (FSC-certified Estonian pine) and timber/aluminium. Fixed colour range: white, black and anthracite grey. Rectangular shapes only – no arched or triangular units and no sliding doors.
- **uPVC windows:** Yes, Klar does sell uPVC windows. They simply cannot be ordered through the online configurator, which covers timber and timber/aluminium only – contact customer service at hello@klarhome.co.uk or +44 808 164 9920 for a uPVC quote.
- **Manufacturing:** Klar's own factory in Estonia. Everything is bespoke per order – there is no stock available for immediate delivery.
- **Prices:** From about £109 for a fixed window and from about £578 for a patio door – both are snapshots as of 2026-08-11, including the online discount active that day. The final price depends on size, material, glazing and options and is calculated in the configurator.
- **Lead time:** Typically 5–6 weeks from order to delivery. A delivery week is chosen at checkout.
- **Delivery:** Standard kerbside delivery by a 12 m lorry from £495 in mainland UK. Sprinter van and crane truck deliveries are available on request. Deliveries run Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00; the driver calls 15–45 minutes before arrival.
- **Warranty:** 12 years on materials and glazing for aluminium-clad (timber/aluminium) products, 7 years on timber products, 5 years on handles, fittings and hinges. The warranty requires installation per Klar's guidelines and within 2 months of delivery.
- **Payment:** Bank transfer (BACS, full amount within 48 hours), debit/credit card via PayPal, PayPal Pay in 3 (orders £30–£2,000), and Klarna.
- **Cancellation:** Free cancellation within 24 hours of ordering; within 7 days a 50% refund applies; after 7 days the order is non-refundable. Bespoke products cannot be exchanged.
- **Price match:** Find the same product cheaper elsewhere before ordering and Klar matches the price and adds a further 5% discount.
- **Certification note:** Klar products do not carry PAS24 certification.
- **Showroom:** No physical showroom – the full range can be viewed in the digital showroom.
- **Other markets:** Denmark (klarvinduer.dk), Sweden (klarfonster.se), Norway (klarvinduer.no), Germany (klarfenster.de).
