What to check upon delivery?

Read this guide in your local language:

Before signing for the delivery

  • If you see any visible sign of damage, sign for the delivery with a comment about the damage. If you see no signs of damage, you can safely sign for the delivery.

Within 24 hours of the delivery

  • Please go through the following steps:

    • Check the order for damages and if the delivery is correct according to your order confirmation

    • Take pictures of the whole pallet with the elements on the pallet before unwrapping – if there are any damages, take close-up photos of the damages for documentation purposes

    • Use the 'report an issue' form if you find any errors or damages – report it within 24 hours.

    • If you've found any damages or errors, please do not begin the installation of your products, before the issue has been sorted

Always make sure that your delivery matches your order details and that there are no issues or damages before you sign for the delivery. This is done to protect the warranty for your products and document damages (if any), that has occurred during delivery or from our factory.
