Ordering
You can pay with card, bank transfer, Klarna, or SparExpress. With Klarna, the options usually include “Pay in 3 interest-free instalments,” or “Pay in 30 days,” or pay in full right away with your debit or credit card.

Yes, you can. If you choose Klarna, the amount can be split into smaller instalments, which makes it easier to spread the cost. With other payment methods, the full amount is paid at once.
Product options
No, we can only offer the sizes listed on the website.
No, our products are only available in white, black and anthracite grey as shown on the website.
At the moment we only offer our products in standard rectangular shapes.
We don’t make sliding doors, but we do offer elegant double terrace doors that give a similar open feel. You can see them here: Double terrace doors
Terrace doors are designed with a handle on the inside only. The locking system is different from an entrance door, which is why handles on the outside are not possible. If you want a door with handles on both sides, we recommend an entrance door: Entrance doors
Our doors come with a three-point locking system, while many electronic locks are made for single-point locks. This means not all models will fit. To be sure, it’s best to check directly with the lock supplier. At the moment, we know that Yale Doorman locks are not compatible with our doors.
All our windows and doors are custom-made for each order. That way you get the right fit and quality for your home. We don’t keep stock items ready for immediate delivery.

Front doors use a different locking system than terrace doors. Because of this design, it isn’t possible to add a wind brake.
General questions
We do not have PAS24 certification on our products. However, are you certain that you need it? A lot of our customers ask for PAS24 certification, but it is not strictly needed in all cases. If your project is a refurbishment, not a new build or a conversion, then you might not need PAS24. You can read up on the UK building regulations here.
Windows last for many years, but there are clear signs that it may be time to replace them. Look out for condensation between the panes, draughts around the frame, rot or damage in the wood, or windows that are difficult to open and close. The right choice depends on what matters most in your home.
Think about the style of your house – modern, classic or traditional – and what design would fit best. Consider the material too: wood gives a natural look, while alu or PVC need less maintenance. If energy savings are important, triple glazing may be worth it. And if security or noise reduction is a concern, check for those options. The difference is in the outside layer. A wood/aluminium window has an aluminium cladding on the outside, while a wood window is made entirely of wood. Aluminium makes the outside more durable and requires less maintenance, since it doesn’t need the same surface treatment as wood.

Yes, we’d be happy to prepare a tailored quote for you. If you have drawings or a list, you can attach those too. We’ll review everything and get back to you with a customised quote for your home.
Yes, we offer warranty on our windows and doors: 12 years on wood/alu and 7 years on wood. To be sure the warranty applies to your products—especially since it becomes invalid if installation is delayed more than two months after delivery—please read more on our warranty page.
Our fixed frame windows are the most budget-friendly option—simple in design and without opening functions, which keeps costs down. Prices can start at under £95. Learn more on our fixed windows page
Because our products are made to measure specifically for your order, it is not possible to exchange them. If you no longer want your items, you are, of course, free to resell them privately.
The time it takes to install a window depends on several factors, such as the size and type of window, whether it’s a replacement or new build, and the installer’s experience. As a guideline, a standard window usually takes between 1 and 3 hours to install.

If you notice condensation on the outside of your windows in the morning, it’s because they insulate so well. Warm air from indoors and the cool outdoor air meet on the outer pane, which creates a thin layer of moisture. It’s perfectly normal and a sign of good insulation.
Delivery
Delivery usually takes 5–6 weeks from the moment we receive your order until it arrives at your address. The exact delivery time is shown when you place your order, and you can also choose a specific delivery week.
We keep you updated by email throughout the delivery process. Each email contains a link to your personal delivery page, where you can also can follow the progress of your order. Live GPS tracking is not available, but you will always know which stage your delivery is at.
Yes, you can change your delivery. If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, the change is free of charge. After 24 hours, a fee may apply because we will already have ordered materials and started planning production. The sooner you get in touch, the easier it is for us to help. Our standard kerbside delivery is made with a truck that is 12 m long, 2.5 m wide, and 2.2 m high. The price starts from £495 in mainland UK. You can read more on our delivery page.
Delivery is made with a lorry that is 12 m long, 2.5 m wide and 2.2 m high. The lorry must be able to access your address and have space to turn. If this is not possible, please contact us to arrange special delivery. The driver brings a pallet lifter that can move the pallet from the lorry’s lift to the kerbside. Please note that the pallet lifter can only be used on solid surfaces such as asphalt or paving stones – not gravel or uneven ground. If you are unsure, please contact us.

We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible. However, because your windows and doors are custom-made for your order, we cannot speed up delivery beyond the lead time shown on the website when you place your order. The delivery time is based on production, quality checks and transport, and therefore cannot be changed.
Yes, it is important that you are at home when the delivery arrives, so you can check that all ordered items are on the pallet and that there are no delivery damages. Read more about how delivery takes place and how to document that everything has been delivered correctly here.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. The local freight company will inform you at least 24 hours before delivery with details of the day. In addition, the driver will call you 15–45 minutes before arrival, so you know more precisely when to expect your delivery.

You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it and then create a new order with the correct details. After the first 24 hours, your order goes into production, materials are ordered, and unfortunately, no further changes can be made.
You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. If more than 24 hours have passed, you can still cancel within 7 days and receive a 50% refund. After 7 days, the full amount is non-refundable. This is because we order the materials for your product after the first 24 hours.

We process all claims as quickly as possible, but some may require closer inspection or advice from a professional. Our goal is to respond within 5 weeks. If there are any extraordinary delays, you can see this on our claims page.
